To assist with issue identification and resolution, sometime Customer Support will ask you to send them a debug log which contains technical data in a text file format (*.txt).
To enable the debug log:
1. Open a Command Prompt window (Windows + R and type CMD)
2. Navigate to the WeVPN installation directory. The default directory is C:\Program Files\WeVPN
This can be easily done by typing "cd C:\Program Files\WeVPN" in the Command Prompt
3. Open the WeVPN.exe with the debug option added at the end in the Command Prompt
4. This will begin to log to a file in the same directory called 'wevpn-debug.txt' until the WeVPN application is closed. The wevpn-debug.txt file can be reviewed and attached to your response to Customer Support.
